Keynote talks, technical paper discussion and poster sessions will be run online and live using Zoom on Wednesday and on Thursday. Considering the world-wide time zone, it will be likely that for each day we will run 2hrs x 2 sessions including a keynote talk, one session in the morning and the other in the afternoon.
Pre-recorded presentations for all technical papers can be available on the website from January 13 (one week before the conference). You could leave questions in advance. The duration of presentation is almost the same as ordinary talks, e.g., 25min.
Several related papers are gathered in one "technical discussion session” with 4~5 papers per session. The discussion session will be structured in a “5-min lightning talk + Q&A” session moderated by the session chair. Questions left in advance are also included. Paper authors will respond to the question, and if possible, some discussion will be continued in live.
For the poster session, we will have a 1-2hrs poster session with 5-min lightning talk + direct Q&A/discussion with the poster authors.
